I'd be concerned about anyone who dismissed their ex-partners entirely, let alone with such a disparaging word. It suggests that the person feels sufficiently slighted at having had the relationship ended, and would rather focus on their hurt ego or feelings instead of whatever positive qualities there were about the ex-partner that attracted them in the first place (if that makes sense)..
