It feels like has extended beyond QQ'ism into the realm of insubordination.

QQ'ism is sticking strictly to Monday-Friday, 9-5pm, and checking out completely outside those hours. I can sort of understand that. Refusing to do anything on Friday, though, even though one's employment contract obliges them to, definitely crosses the line.
