I’ve been on OMAD (one meal a day) since 2021. It was hard going the first week or so but I’m used to it now. I’ve recently relaxed on OMAD a little bit, effectively doing a 21/3 fast, I suppose, because it is sometimes difficult to get enough food to fill me in a single sitting, and so I top up with a little bit more food 2-3 hours later.
