Maybe try contacting someone from the company on LinkedIn! There may be an opportunity they haven't advertised publicly. I know Philippines writers are generally in good demand in this industry* (I've worked hand-in-hand with quite a few!) so they might be keen.

* In part because the Philippines is an important ASEAN market so there's client interest. Also, it's hard to find someone who is fluent in English and Tagalog unless they're Filipino! :)
