Oh, I was referring to the COVID-19 pandemic. I know that the case loads are rising and falling, but I still don't feel comfortable with going out for runs in the open. Not when I'm living with other people and may run the risk of passing on an unwanted infection. :)
I've also been doing intermitting fasting! I've been on a "one meal a day" plan for the past three months. My weight hasn't come down, which may be due to my metabolism slowing down, but at least it hasn't gone up!
