Tell me about it. I respect the women in this profession -- let's be honest, I respect this profession a lot more than some other more socially accepted jobs. They do take a lot of crap from people, but the sheer number of people they meet in their line of work means they have some deep insights into human nature that more desk-bound people like us (well, me) don't have.
