Thanks for reading, Angela! It really was a lot of fun exploring the early Internet because you really didn't know what you were going to find. At its heart, it was a lot more like zine culture. Stuff was raw and a lot of it was thought-provoking, rather than provocative simply to get clicks - mainly because clicks didn't pay yet. :)
