That's an interesting take, Chris. However, since high pollution and bad tap water are pretty much a given where I come from, it would be nice to go somewhere with a few comforts for a change. I remember a trip from 2012 where I finally got to taste the famed New York tap water. It was glorious enough for me to recall it, even a decade later.
